Dr. Bailey received his B.S. degree from the College of William and Mary and his D.D.S. degree from the Medical College of Virginia.
Over the past 33 years he has served as president of Palm Beach County Dental Association and chairman of patient relations and peer review committees. He has extensive training in all phases of dentistry as is evidenced by his Fellowship with the American Academy of General Dentistry. He also holds membership in the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Laser Association and Atlantic Coast Dental Research Clinic, of which he is a past instructor.
For the past 33 years, Dr. Bailey has been a forerunner in the field of Intravenous Sedation Dentistry for the apprehensive patient. His vast experience and quest for continuing education have made him an expert in General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry and Laser and Reconstructive Dentistry.
